Notice of Distribution Partnership Update for Korea

Forte Ears would like to formally announce that our distribution partnership with Sound Square Company in Korea has come to a close, effective immediately.

Since 2023, Sound Square Company has been part of Forte Ears’ early journey in the Korean market, helping introduce our brand, products, and philosophy to many listeners. We are sincerely grateful for the time, effort, and support they have given to Forte Ears throughout this period. Their contribution during our formative years in Korea is appreciated, and we would like to thank them for representing our brand to the Korean audiophile community.

This decision was made after careful internal review of our current operational needs, order processing structure, and after-sales support workflow. As Forte Ears continues to develop as a young and growing brand, we are taking this period to reassess how we support different regions more directly and consistently. This transition is not a reflection of our appreciation for the past partnership, but part of an ongoing effort to ensure that our customers receive clear communication, timely support, and a stable ownership experience.

During this transition period, new Forte Ears product orders for the Korean market will be handled directly through Forte Ears until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will do our best to ensure that all enquiries, support requests, and customer needs continue to be addressed with care.

We understand that any change in distribution arrangement may raise concerns, and we would like to reassure all existing Forte Ears owners that your warranty remains fully valid and unaffected.

All Forte Ears products purchased through Sound Square Company during their official distribution period will continue to be fully supported by Forte Ears. In the unlikely event that you experience any issue with your product, require warranty assistance, or need after-sales support, you may contact Forte Ears directly through our official communication channels. Our team will continue to assist you and ensure that all genuine Forte Ears owners are properly taken care of.

Korea remains an important and deeply respected community for Forte Ears. We have always admired the passion, knowledge, and sincerity of Korean audiophiles, and we remain committed to maintaining our connection with listeners there.
